Become a Member

To use the service you firstly need to be a member of the scheme.  Membership is £40 per annum, paid annually in advance. 

We will always write to each member to remind them that their membership is duefor renewal and payment can be made in cash, cheque or by card over the phone. We always are happy to see our members in person at the office.

How Does it Work?

A community car scheme is a service designed to provide accessible, affordable transport to people who may have difficulty using public transportation or do not have access to a private car.

We rely on volunteer drivers using their own vehicles to takes passengers to where they need to be.  This allows passengers to be picked up from home and taken to their exact destination.

Schemes like ours are typically run by local community organisations, charities, or councils and are aimed at improving mobility for people in rural areas or for those who have limited transport options.
