Become a Member

To use the service you firstly need to be a member of the scheme. Membership is £40 per annum, paid annually in advance.

We will always write to each member to remind them that their membership is duefor renewal and payment can be made in cash, cheque or by card over the phone. We always are happy to see our members in person at the office.

How Does it Work?

Please call the office 01933 223636, pop in or you can even book via our brand new passenger booking app.

There is no time limit to pre-book in advance, the only issue that can occur is, the later you leave it to book, there may not be any seats available for you to travel.

We also take long term regular bookings, e.g. If you attend a day centre, class or social group every week.

Where Do We Go?

Our Dial a Ride service is driven by demand. This means that every day is different depending on the demand from passengers on the day. We cover the North Northamptonshire area.

The Rushden & Higham Ferrers trial service funded entirely by Rushden and Higham Ferrers Town Councils, has been extended by a further 12-months with free membership to the end of March 2025. It runs Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holiday weekends).

Would You Volunteer?

We're always on the lookout for new volunteers to help with our wellbeing car service. Volunteers are reimbursed at 50p per mile, by our members once they've dropped them back home.
